Main Street Homes was founded in 1993 by Texas natives, David LeBoeuf and Steve Bartholomew. The owners saw a prevalent need for affordable, attractive housing in the Central Texas area. In 2001, Main Street expanded to in Bryan/College Station and further into San Antonio in 2004. With David’s extensive experience in the home-building industry and Steve’s sharp financial acumen, Main Street Homes soon flourished, and has experienced phenomenal growth year after year. In fact, Main Street Homes has been recognized by Builder Magazine for leading the nation in 2006 in increases in revenue, closings, and total sales
